I would like to take the opportunity to a considerable influence on my ability to complete this project. One can never plan during the production cycle of a manuscript. The scenarios I experienced with this project really came through and challenged us throughout the career production.
First I have to readily acknowledgement and thank full to the course director of APSS & the network administrator of Ministry of Nation Building and Development. Because of, they are given a support and interesting to me for do this project. This project had been included several new technology methods and devices, almost about data communication such as Local Area Network (LAN) & Wireless LAN (WLAN).
I was planning to do a project after finished the theory part of advanced diploma - City & Guilds and I had chosen a suitable place for do this project in the Ministry of Nation Building & Development. That is located at Galle road in Colombo – 03, Sri Lanka. They have large entire Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless LAN too.
This is a project of City & Guilds at Telecommunication System (2730), who are the candidates completed Advanced Diploma level of Telecommunication System, he / she must be done the project work. This project work is compulsory in our syllabus. Once we finished this project, we are eligible to working as an assistance Engineer / Technical officer in the field of network planning / network installation / network management / internet data centers / ICT project management / operation & transmission services / integration & test engineering and many others.
I have been referred many books and visited so many websites for doing this project. In fact, we can improve our knowledge rather than our syllabus by doing this type of projects and can be increased typing speed, modification technique and other computer literate. This is my individual project, so my friends / other people are not involving in my process. This is totally created by my self and my heard work.
Actually, I was across so many problems while I’m writing / typing this project. And my Personal Computer (PC) has been very helped full to me for the project procedure. My enrolment number is EFR5732. This number is provided by City & Guild from branch of Sri Lanka (Liaison office).
